Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NetMetriq, including its website, account features and LinkedIn network intelligence tools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Before publication: Confirm the legal business name, contact information, subscription and refund rules, governing law and actual product features. This template is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.

1. About NetMetriq

NetMetriq provides tools intended to help users explore and analyze professional network data they choose to import, including available connection, company, job-title, invitation and network-trend information. Features may change over time.

NetMetriq is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your account details up to date, protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Uploaded Data and Your Responsibilities

You retain whatever rights you have in the information you upload. You grant NetMetriq permission to host, process, reproduce and display that information as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads and use of results comply with applicable laws, privacy obligations, third-party rights and any applicable platform terms. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and the service is suitable for that information.

You should review imported files before uploading them. You must not provide LinkedIn credentials to NetMetriq unless an expressly documented and authorized feature requires them; the current export-based workflow is designed around files users choose to upload.

5. Results and No Guarantee

Analyses and insights depend on the data you provide, its completeness, formatting and accuracy, as well as the features available at the time. Results may contain omissions or errors and should be independently reviewed before being used for important decisions.

NetMetriq does not guarantee any particular business result, lead, connection, revenue outcome or level of accuracy. The service is an analytical tool and does not replace your own judgment or professional advice.

6. Plans, Payments and Renewals

Some features may be offered through free or paid plans. Where a paid plan is offered, its price, billing interval, included features, usage limits and renewal conditions should be presented to you before purchase.

If a subscription renews automatically, the applicable checkout or plan terms should clearly disclose the renewal frequency and cancellation process. You authorize applicable charges when you complete a purchase. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Subscription terms to confirm before launch: Insert the actual billing, cancellation, renewal, refund and payment-failure rules here. Do not publish a refund or renewal promise that your checkout and business operations do not support.

7. Cancellation, Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Where account deletion or subscription cancellation options are provided, use those options or contact us for assistance.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, investigate suspected abuse, address security risks, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After an account ends, access to stored information may cease and data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices, legal obligations and Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

NetMetriq and its software, branding, design, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.

You may not use NetMetriq branding or intellectual property without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on or link to third-party products and websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain a useful service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, add, limit or discontinue features for operational, security, business or legal reasons, subject to applicable law and any commitments made to you.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We disclaim warranties that cannot otherwise be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law permits such exclusions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetMetriq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any additional liability cap must be reviewed and completed to comply with the laws that apply to the business and its users.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from matters for which applicable law prohibits you from being held responsible.

14. Privacy

Your use of NetMetriq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled. Please review it before using the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain your agreement to material changes.
